Any subsequent changes to the information submitted should be immediately transmitted in writing to DSWA in order to assure proper communications.

Businesses who have subscribed to the vendor list are notified by email or fax whenever a Request for Bid/Proposal has been issued for the commodity or service offered by the vendor.  This notification is provided as a courtesy only.  Because DSWA cannot guarantee that all electronic versions will be sent out, we urge you to check the local legal notices and our website, www.dswa.com for Request for Bids/Proposals.
